This is a reasonably straight forward operation. However, the front of the trailer does lift up into the air as you wind it under the boat, as its not attached to the car. This is fine until the rear cradle digs into the ground and then you are winding the boat onto the trailer. But if there is a second person who puts their weight onto the trailer, that is enough to keep the cradle clear of the ground, so it is easy to keep winding the trailer under the boat. As the boat comes further up the trailer the balance changes so the front drops down.
